At the moment we ship to Germany, France and Austria. However, we are already working on expanding shipping within Europe.

Free shipping within Germany for orders above 40€. For orders under 40€, we charge 5,90 € for shipping.

Shipping costs to Austria are €6.50 - shipping is free for orders over €99.

The shipping costs to France are 12€ - shipping is free for orders over 99€.

Your package will be usually shipped within 2-5 business days. 

 

Return

You can return your order within 14 days without specifying any particular reasons for your return. Just notify us by email (hello(at)hachiko-berlin.com). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to return a damaged item and not refund you if the outer packaging is not intact.

For requesting a return, you must contact customer service through email with the following information:

• Name and Email address used for the order
• Order number 
• The products you wish to return

The refund of the payment amount will be issued within 14 days after receiving the products. The refund can only be sent to the original payment method used.
