At the moment we ship to Germany and Austria. However, we are already working on expanding shipping within Europe.

Shipping costs within Germany:

for orders under 40 € plus 4,00 € shipping
for orders over 40 € free shipping

To Austria the shipping costs are 8,50€.

Your package will be usually shipped within 2-5 business days. 

 

Return

You can return your order within 14 days without specifying any particular reasons. Just notify us for your return by email (hello(at)hachiko-berlin.com). The products must be unopened with the seal intact and in perfect condition. The costs for the return are covered by the customer.

The refund of the payment amount will be issued within 14 days after receiving the products. The refund can only be sent to the original payment method used.
