At the moment we ship to Germany, France and Austria. However, we are already working on expanding shipping within Europe.

Free shipping within Germany for orders above 40€. For orders under 40€, we charge 4€ for shipping.

Shipping costs to Austria are €6.50 - shipping is free for orders over €99.

The shipping costs to France are 12€ - shipping is free for orders over 99€.

Your package will usually be shipped within 2-4 working days.

You can return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Please notify us by e-mail. The products must be unopened and in perfect condition. The costs for the return are carried by the customer.

The refund of the payment sum will be issued within 14 days after receiving the items. The refund can only be sent to the original payment method used.

We strive to use as little plastic as possible in our products. At the moment, the only parts that are plastic are the caps or pump dispensers of the bottles. We made the pump dispenser optional because the products can be used very well without the dispenser, reducing the amount of additional plastic. But we also understand that some may prefer using a pump dispenser, so you can choose to add it to your order for free.

Our T-01 Body Serum and T-01 Body Oil have been developed together as a treatment. We therefore recommend that you use them together for the best results.

However, it is of course also possible to use the products separately. You can apply both the oil and the serum separately or mix them with other products.
